Beware of this company and the industry. After being quoted a "discounted price" as a return customer, they missed the 3 day pick up agreement. After several calls and chats, on day 4 I received a call that they had found a carrier but it would be an additional $325. The claim was for 14 days they tried and could not find a carrier. But believe it or not on the last day that we could make this work due to departing flights, we get the call. Not having much of a choice at this late notice, we painfully accepted, but highly doubtful to use them again. I will give their customer service people 5 stars for being able to deliver news like this to customers and be empathetic.
