Got my car shipped from South Dakota to California. Got picked up on a Wednesday morning and dropped off Friday evening. I tried calling for an update as I had a busy weekend but the help center never called back with any updates and I ended up having to rush to get home as I got a call from the driver an hour before arrival. It was hard for me to change all my plans last minute but ultimately the car arrived safe and sound and pretty fast.
