We had a very good experience until we were ready to receive our vehicle. The carrier insisted that I pay $1,725 ( cash or Zelle) before they would give us the key. I showed my receipt that says payment received, but that didn’t matter. “No money, no keys.” A call to SGT (that I shouldn’t have had to make) solved the problem. I don’t know if it was an extortion attempt by the carrier or miscommunication but it left us with a bad impression.
