SGT was professional and communicated with me every step of the way when having my Explorer transported from NY to SC.. They dispatched my vehicle to a driver that did not speak English but they followed up with him and communicated back to me so it worked out fine.
The key was being flexible with the pick up & drop off time & dates. He was supposed to pick it “late afternoon” but didn’t get to my house until 10:30 pm. SGT called me several times to keep me in the loop.
