However, as we work with an estimated pickup window, unforeseen market conditions can occasionally require us to make adjustments. Our dispatchers made every effort to find a driver willing to transport at the original quote, but when this wasn’t possible, we provided an alternative to prevent further delays. We presented this option to keep you fully informed and engaged in the decision-making process, as customer communication is extremely important to us.
