No Service if Damage Occurs

SVP Shipping and Mr. Steve Burley seem to do well when vehicles arrive with no issues...HOWEVER....should damage occur, as was in our case, minor damage, he falls back on the $500 deductible and that we "...should have inspected vehicle closer...." and that 12 hours have past and he won't acknowledge damage occurred. Shame on Mr Burley to fall back on technicalities rather than provide a service...SVP is a shipping coordinator and did not ship with their own transport vehicles - my recommendation is to use a transport company that has transport vehicles....MM

When this vehicle arrived, the owner walked around his vehicle with the driver and signed off on the condition report that everything was fine. In the Terms and Conditions that the owner signed, it stated that he needed to contact us within 12 hours from picking up his vehicle that there was a problem. He contacted us a few days later, and there was nothing we could do, as he signed off on the condition report with the driver that it was fine, and did not let us know with in 12 hours as he was aware off..
