Hi Grant,
Following the investigation of what you are claim, due to the design of the car carrier your vehicle was not damaged when it was being loaded and off loaded. Also, it is very difficult for a car carrier driver to crawl under the car carrier trailer (low clearance) to reach underneath a vehicle, or climb up on another vehicle to reach underneath a vehicle on the top row (which would cause damage to the vehicle they climbed up on).
As you stated you went over a speed bump after picking up your vehicle-
Some bad news I'm afraid. One of the drivers damaged the Accord in transit. The undercarriage was slid on somehow, and caused a problem with the muffler. As you can read in the report from the muffler repair company, the driver tried to reattach the muffler (so as to not get caught?). I only noticed when I went over a speed bump at a parking lot - the muffler was dangling quite low, and the manifold was stretched such that it was un-repairable. This was the most economical solution to have a drivable vehicle.
Also, as per the Terms & Conditions you signed (see attachment) it states-
