In response to this review, this client was informed of the process, and the situation that was occurring with the shortage of new vehicles to be transported, and other situation that were causing delays (supply and demand issues), like we always do, before they decided to have their vehicle moved. After 14 days they started being abusive, and harassing. So, due to there behavior, which was unacceptable, it was decided that the movement of his vehicle would be canceled, and they received a full refund. Unfortunately, some people feel that they can be rude to others and abuse social media. We all need show a little kindness and respect to others.
