Justin is a rude and lying agent. Gave me a quote for $450 to transport a car but after week comes back to me with quote of $1350. He wanted me take the new quote after I told him I didn't want to, he spent an hr arguing with me to take the new quote. After numerous times reiterate that I didn't want to move forward and he should refund my money. He agrees to refund the money on June 10, he told me it would take 5-7 business days to receive my money but never received it. On June 23, I contacted the company and asked where for my refund? He told me the accounting department is having a difficulties so he asked for more couple days, still didn't received it. On June 30, I contact him and he told me he was going to zelle me the money but never did. Be very weary of this company. Not trustworthy and dishonest. If I can give this business 0 star, I would in heartbeat. This review is cautionary message to potential customers, stay far away from them.
