After having a terrible experience a year ago shipping my car from Chicago to San Diego I was very nervous about shipping my car from San Diego to Chicago . After receiving close to 50 quotes from different brokers, I decided to go with Safe Auto Trucking, based on the honesty and assurance given to me by Dennis. Not going to lie, I was still uncertain that my car would be picked up on time or delivered on time, just the nature of the business. To my surprise the carrier arrived the day that was promised and was in good communication with me the whole time, and when I went to drop my car off to them, I was happy to see a very well-maintained trailer and both employees were very professional. They delivered my car in three days without any problems and with good communication. What I’ve learned is that expect that there to be some delays, but demand that there is transparency from the very beginning, before you say yes. Require copies of insurance certificates and of course review them online but remember great reviews do not necessarily mean your Experience will be the same. What matters is who you’re talking to today and who your carrier is going to be today, and verifying the legitimacy of both. Thank you for providing the best service!
