I had a lot of offers to move my vehicle from point A to point B, I went with a bigger company because of fact that it would be more trustworthy… However, Jacob from Safe Auto Trucking, LLC never gave up on me and kept working towards winning my business even after I had booked with the other company. Little did I know that the “big” company that I booked with after booking wouldn’t answer my calls or emails being that they had promised me to have same day pick up. I’m so blessed that Jacob never gave up on me and he moved faster to get my vehicle picked up, beat the other big company’s prices, and had a guy out there to pick up my vehicle! And did I mention that Jacob was always very professional and never ignored my calls?… he always stayed in touch with me via text or phone calls and kept me very much informed of my vehicle’s whereabouts! He got a driver on time to me, and gave me outstanding and friendly customer service! I love it that he gave me the importance and time and showed it to me 100% each time I reached out to him! I give him and SAT, LLC a five star and will definitely use them again!! Thank you for your service and help Jacob!
