Overall a positive experience working with Terry Adam at this transport brokerage firm. He was quick to respond to queries, polite, and easy to work with. This could have easily been a 5 star if a) I was informed upfront on how this brokerage process works & b) initial quote was honored. Meaning pick up date was actually couple days after my requested pick up date and actual cost ended up higher than their initial quoted rate since they couldn’t get a driver within their quoted rate. However, Terry was very helpful in meeting my transportation needs within a reasonable price change and vehicle was delivered safely to its destination very quickly. I would work with him again. Thanks!!
