Overall, not the best experience when it comes to auto transport. The situation with my apartment had issues where they had to move me into a different unit, and when I explained to them that the guy tried to guilt me in the fact that I had to change my date. With that being said, when I asked specifically what the price was and if it would change over the course over a month, they said no. Surprise it did change. It was an additional $200 when finally booked. After having unsuccessful conversations with them, they threatened if I cancel that I would have to pay a significant cancellation fee. The pick up date was two days after initial date. And still haven’t received my car when I was told it would arrive on one day it now seems to be about three days from the estimated time. Anyone’s better off going to accompany that has a better rating on Better Business Bureau and just paying a little bit more and attempting to use Amtrak . This place just wants your money and will speak to you with no amount of decency.
