This is an untrue review. Customer came to us and provided the price HE WANTED to work with based on the lowest quote he received. My original quote was higher. I agreed to take the order at his price point to try and get him a carrier. When he asked why it wasnt moving I informed him that other vehicles like his were priced higher and he would have to increase the bid. Once he agreed to we were able to move the truck. In additional his calls were not screened and calls / emails were all answered. Without communication we would not been able to get his approvals. As much as he wanted to control the price, the customer nor the broker can. The carriers and the market do.The customers vehicle was shipped. We did our best at trying to meet the price he wanted but it was to low.
