First of all, Alex is great! He answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. Saks beat all other quotes by a minimum of $150. I called and told Alex I was ready at the first available date and 3 hours later he called me with a pickup for the very next day, I was quite impressed. The driver that picked up the car from my grandmother was very kind and efficient. He stayed in touch with me through the entire drive, right up until the car was dropped off at my doorstep. Awesome and professional to work with from start to finish! I highly recommend!!!
