Wow, Alex is amazing. He moved very quickly at each step. After providing a competitive quote and taking a credit card deposit, he immediately lined up a transporter.

Ground Force One contacted me within two hours. They called the Texas dealer to verify that the Cadillac ATS was paid for and available. The car was picked up on a Saturday two days later.

Robert, the transport driver called to introduce himself. We made plans to meet Wednesday afternoon. I provided him with a nearby commercial address as his large truck could not easily navigate my neighborhood's narrow streets.

By the time I arrived at the drop off point, Robert had the car unloaded and inspected. It was in perfect condition, just a little dusty from the long trip. I paid the balance, signed a form and was done. Easy.

I will contract with Saks and Alex for my next car move.
