Saks worked with my tight timeline of picking my truck up after the Thanksgiving holiday, but before my flight from the east coast to the west a few days later. I needed to be in Florida to meet the driver when my truck would be picked up, and fly out to Arizona to be there when it was delivered.

Alex at Saks got a truck company scheduled to pick my truck up within that slim time frame and have it delivered 10 days later. However, that driver dropped the ball with a couple of excuses, and couldn't fulfill their arraignment. Alex jumped right in and solved the problem by scheduling another driver within a day, at the same price of $950. The second driver was extremely professional and picked the truck up within hours of scheduling. My truck arrived all the way across the country in 3.5 days after it was picked up, much faster than the first scheduled driver would have.

I am more than pleased with the professional determination Alex provided in making the shipment of my pickup easy, quick, affordable and successful.
