I had shipped a vehicle from Japan to the states. I could not get the vehicle from the processing center to where I live by myself, and my deadline to get it out of their lot was closing in fast. Saks got me a pickup date within 24 hours and a delivery date just two days after. Alex was very helpfull and ensured that all of my concerns were taken care of.
