Very good experience for a first timer

I just had a very good experience in getting my car over from TX to MA in an enclosed carrier. Since this was my first time with having a car transported, I was skeptical about which carrier to choose, especially after seeing so many ripoffs people post about different companies. I saw that all the responses to reviews posted here for Saks Auto are from the person who handles your requests, Alex. I approached them because I believed that he who spends so much time responding to reviews here really does care about the reputation of their company/business and I was very correct :). Alex helped out with all questions I had in a very complete manner ( and no, he does not bombard you with phone calls or emails repeatedly if you request a quote from Saks and do not respond back). He gave a very reasonable quote, provided details of the pickup and gave an exact breakup of the money I was paying. The only thing that he requested (only when I asked) at the very end was that if I had a good experience with this endeavor when the car was delivered, it would really mean a lot to their business if I could spare a few words in a positive way here, which was very decent and professional of him. The enclosed carrier my car came in looked very safe. The driver was very kind and cheerful; he called thrice to report his whereabouts - a day before, 30 minutes before and when he arrived. I believe that anyone reading this should consider giving Saks Auto a chance. Alex does everything he can to make this easier and as smooth as possible for you and I guess that is what we are all looking for; I am glad I did. Thanks and hope this helps.
