I have used Saks 4 times now to ship my daughter's car back and forth between home on the West Coast and school on the East Coast. Each time the experience has been great. The car has been picked up and delivered on time. The drivers have been professional and courteous, even going so far as to be extra accommodating when dealing with my 80 year old father who has acted as either drop off or pick up point on the East Coast each time. I have recommended Alex and Saks to several friends over the last 2 years as well. We have another year left in college and I will be using them again for those trips.
