I moved from California to Virginia for a job and had my car shipped through Saks Auto Transport. Alex was helpful and patient in setting up the shipment for me. Unfortunately, the car arrived in Virginia before I did, but Alex allowed me to change the delivery address so that my uncle could pick it up instead. Overall the service was excellent and as painless as possible, given the circumstances.
