Extortion of car, so scary

SO SCARY, FINALLY PICKED UP MY VEHICLE 2 WEEKS LATER AND A BILL OF $1200 THAT HAD TO BE WIRED TO THE GUY'S ACCOUNT, AND THEN WE FINALLY MEET IN A DESERTED AREA IN THE STREET TO GET MY CAR!! I FELT FRIGHTENED FOR MY LIFE.

This is probably the most scary company I have dealt with. It's a complete fraud with extortion, I had to call the police on this guy. DAVID GALITSIN IS THE OWNER AND COMPLETE FRAUD. The FRAUD goes like this. First, you will find his company on the web or be referred to his services through "brokers". They will always quote you some very discounted number. For my quote, I had my car transported from Irvine, CA to Seattle, WA. The lady on the phone stated $400 to transport and that I "was very lucky" because they had room for 2 cars left on their trailer and was leaving this Sunday. The pick up did not happen for 2 days. They finally arrive, loaded the car, and gave me a Bill of Lading, which was not filled out. THE BILL OF LADING IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT GIVING THIS TRANSPORT PERSON LEGAL POSSESSION OF YOUR VEHICLE. It gets better, you will see.

The vehicle finally arrives in seattle at my home 10 days later, which was 2 days late. They arrive at 9PM in the middle of the night and stated that the bill was $650 and demanded cash. I told them we had agreed on $400. They gave some bogus excuse of extra costs BS. I didn't have the cash and the guy said well tough luck , we will hold your car, and there will be a $100/day storage fee. I was like WTF!!!. the scary looking guy took off. I tried calling the company and DAVID GALITSIN for days without any response, I finally get a hold of the douche bag and he states, now the bill is $950 because of several days of storage fee. I refused to pay because we had the agreement for $400, and he was late. He hung up and called me an ethic name and just laughed. I called again and threaten to call the cops. He said go ahead because I have the BILL OF LADING, which meant he had the right to keep my car and he said he was going to sell the car off to pay for the bill.

I was pissed and called the POLICE and FMCS (federal motor carrier safety). I was extremely worried because he wanted the money WIRED TO HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. The FMCS could not do anything because they are a safety organization. The POLICE said they couldn't do anything because it was a civil case unless I feared for my safety.

I finally decided to wire this Douche bag the money this time $1200, he told me to meet him the next evening at this address 20 miles from seattle. I went with my friend because i feared for my safety. I arrived at this deserted location , not a storage facility, and this huge black truck pulls up with my vehicle driven behind. These two large scary guys come out and give me my car and started laughing and left. THe vehicle was damaged on the right door and a huge scratch on the left side. The gas was near empty (I had filled it before transporting), and my two pieces of luggage with a computer and laptop was stolen. I have never been this scared my entire life.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DAVID GALITSIN OR SAVE ON TRANSPORT. THEY WILL EXTORT YOU AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THE COST WILL BE TRIPLED OR IN MY CASE 4X. WITH SIGNIFICANT STRESS. I HAVE STARTED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST DAVID GALITSIN AND THIS COMPANY.
