I hired these guys because they were the cheapest quote available. Lesson learned.

5 days after i placed my deposit Frank "assured" me my car would be picked up. For three consecutive days I was told drivers were in the area and it would be picked up that day. Frank was rude, would hang up on me for no reason when i would call to get an update and would outright lie.

After my car wasnt picked up he sent me an email saying we cannot assure the timeliness of your pickup but if i paid the carrier AN EXTRA $200 they could get it done.

I cancelled my order with them and another service got it picked up two days later no problem. Frank did a pathetic job. Take my advice and do not use him!

PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT. THIS CUSTOMER'S CAR WAS ON A NATIONWIDE DELAYED ROUTE OUT OF FLORIDA. WE ADDED A CARRIER BONUS TO THIS ORDER TO EXPEDITE PICK UP IN THE HIGH SEASON WITH NO RESPONSE FROM ANY CARRIERS. WE REFUNDED CUSTOMER'S DEPOSIT IN FULL AFTER HIS REQUEST.
