Do not believe these guys. They did exactly what they claim they don't do... they quoted a price, signed a deal, then sat on the car for two weeks past the date I wanted it picked up. Then, they told me that to get my car picked up, I had to pay $250 more, and said that if I didn't, the car would never get picked up.

I spoke to the owner, Tim Lamb. He tried to convince me that the price change was out of their control. I not only had to agree to the price change, but I had to move my car from the original pickup location (Manhattan) to a location out of the city in Connecticut, to make it "easier" to get a driver. Tim agreed to give me a refund of a portion of the fee, which he never did.

So, I ended up having to pay $250 more, never got the refund that Tim promised, my car was picked up two weeks late... and it arrived damaged too! The damage was below the deductible, so guess who gets to pay for that?

I would not use Seamless Auto Transport again.

Mr. Shapiro is leaving out a few major things. We had a truck driver for him in the time frame that he requested, for the contracted price. When we called to tell him, he informed us that the moving people were there at that time, and it would be to much of a inconvenience for the truck driver to come at that time. Also, he was the person that wanted to move his car to Connecticut. We then got a truck driver to pick up his car in Connecticut, however there was a price difference because the car had been moved to a different state. I explained this to him, and he understood, and agreed to the price increase. As for the refund,, He never mentioned even wanting one for at least 2 months. Then all of a sudden he started demanding a refund for the price difference of the move. I explained to him that the price increase was because he moved his car to another state. As for the damage to his car, this is the first I'm hearing of this. All he had to do was inform me of the damage, and I could have gotten the truck drivers insurance company involved. I'm very sorry that he feels this way about me, and my company. We do everything in our power to make sure that our customers are happy. I'm not quite sure why Mr. Shapiro has waited 8 months to mention anything, but I wish him all the best in the future
