This was just a great overall experience. I got a pickup date about a week in advance. The day before the pickup date, the driver - Victor - contacted me to let me know a time window. He arrived in that window and was a pretty nice guy. He called several hours before drop-off which was right in the middle of the estimated window. Great communication and my car arrived in the same condition in which it left.
