The only issue we had was the hiccup at the beginning when the first driver had filled up his transporter while you were seeking confirmation, and a quick email would have been useful to advise us he wouldn't be coming. No big deal though - the driver called us on Monday morning, pickup was easy. They called us Thursday when the rig was delayed in Eugene, and the driver called me Friday and delivered both vehicles. So in summary, great service at a very good price, and if I ever move across country again I'll certainly use your firm. I think the key is to manage expectations and keep communicating - our thanks to the driver, and thanks again to Secure Auto Shipping for arranging it.
