The rep service was defiantly 5 stars, my agent Dimitri was first class. I have nothing but nice things to say about him. The only bad side of my experience was the trucking company that was found for me. They did not have the right paper work on arrival, meaning the checklist for pre damage on my Vehicle should have been recorded on a form but since they did not have that, they had to do a live film video with there cell phone. They also told me the car would arrive to my destination on a monday then it ended up not arriving until 2 days after the date quoted and my father missed two working days with out a 24 hour courtesy call. Lastly when car arrived they did not give a receipt for our payment. AVY transport was the name of the car transport service that I hope this company will not recommend to there future clients. Again my rep agent was the best part of the experience.
