I first started working with Secure Auto Shipping a little over two months ago. I had originally contracted with another shipper, only to learn quickly that they were all talk and no action. They wouldn't return my calls and they jacked up my prices without even warning me. I was running out of time to get my vehicles transported and I was desperate.
David Valle at Secure Auto Shipping saved the day. I called him late one Friday afternoon, completely stressed out, and he picked up the ball and ran with it. He worked diligently to find me good drivers to haul my vehicles from California to Pennsylvania and he was great about providing good information, great pricing and keeping me informed every step of the way. In the last two months, I've used Secure Auto Shipping to haul vehicles of all shapes and sizes around the country, varying from a single pickup to multiple larger vehicles like Stake Sides and Van Trucks. They haven't let me down yet. David’s attention to detail and commitment to customer service always leaves me feeling safe and secure that my vehicles will end up where they're supposed to be by the promised date.
