Seriously, this is my worst nightmare so far in USA. I was in NJ. I got a quote from these people & I felt uncomfortable with them, so I have not paid the deposit SAS asked & didn't sign the contract / order form.
Between, I signed a contract with another broker, paid a deposit & fixed an appointment. Also they shared the driver details & everything was in place.
Until this people create a huge confusion. There was no communication for a month, from nowhere SAS sent a driver on that same day 30 mins ahead & picked my car.
Actually the mistake from my side is, my wife from WA dispatched my car on my word to them without cross checking. Who knows someone not in the team will come down to pitch with uniform on time. :(
When the actual driver came, suddenly realized the issue. I called SAS to drop my car back & called the local driver to drop off. They said its not possible & dispute the charge with other broker.. blah blah..
Now truck company knows that the broker dont have contract with me. They disconnect the broker & asking me more money.
Mindy is unable to help me & her Boss is so crazy, talking like your family wont communicate properly, etc
My car is yet to be delivered. But I want to post this. Be careful.
