I had been trying to get somebody to ship my car for a couple of weeks through these people. I need my car shipped by no later than tomorrow evening. I had given Matt Minors and Mindy a time frame of this week to get somebody to come and pick up my vehicle. They were a bit slow to respond and eventually when I would get a hold of them they said they're still trying they're still trying they're still trying and so on. Then yesterday they called me and told me that they had somebody that was willing to come pick it up The day after tomorrow when I'm already supposed to be on the road driving clear cross country. Of course I got upset because I was already supposed to be driving to my next duty station at that time. I'm really starting to question the good reviews that people have written about them and whether or not they're actually valid because apparently nowadays you can actually buy good reviews about your business. What I was asking for it was very basic. I just needed my compact car picked up on an open carrier and that's all I was asking for. They had ample time to find somebody but they didn't do their job. What I've been hearing after doing a little bit of digging around about them is that they'll agree to find a driver for somebody and get people all hyped up like they're going to have a driver come pick their stuff up to try to take their money and then fall through on their end of the deal and leave the person screwed. Luckily I was able to find somebody else. Don't let their smooth talking and they're happy sounding promises fool you. It would be best to stay away from them. I went with somebody else that I found yesterday afternoon and got a spot on a truck booked yesterday evening and the person has already came to pick up my car today. They were quick and professional. Anyways secure auto shipping is a whole ass joke! Period!
