I made an order for my truck to picked up on July 14,2008, for a pick up date of August 25,2008, thinking that if i put in the order soon enough i would have a better chance for things to go smoothly as i anitcipated. When making the order, my experience with secure auto transport was very good, seemed to be quite helpful, but they really just wanted my deposit of $150.00, which i am seeking in return, the ashley character stated to me that the driver would contact me on the 20th of August, when that date approached nothing, i tired calling numerous times, getting voicemail boxes, leaving messages, no response, nothing anthing would have put my heart at ease, with just some simple communication however nothing, as Monday the date of pick up, comes i call the main number of the company, nothing 10-15 calls/messages just that day no response, i finally got a hold of a lady named miranda assuring me of a call back and times of pick up, the whole nine yards, well now it is sept. 4, 2008. im in my new destination without a vehicle still. This company is a super scam, un professional, and i cant see how they are still in business. its no wonder they have the lowest rating ever. do not waste your time or money dealing with these scam artist, who are only out there to make a quick buck.
