once they get your deposit they give up on you. no one answers any phones...no one returns any calls. the lied about the price...once the guy has your car what are you going to do? they quoted 475 all inclusive...125 deposit and then no one would answer or return calls. they gave me some BS about the trucker having a mechanical problem. well, reading over this i am not the first. basically, they lie and tell you whatever to get your money and then do whatever they want...if they do anything. they will tell you a pickup date before they even have anyone scheduled to pick up the car. then, they will lie on the quote. i wish i found this site before i contracted them.
and door to door service...i understand you cannot unload a car carrier on a busy street...they made me drive 30 minutes because as soon as they entered PA they would go no farther...what a scam

oh, they also run vehicle shipping solutions...so do not use that one either.

jimm = a complete jerj...won't answer calls and one day claimed to have had too many beers at lunch
miranda = good luck with her...she WILL NOT return your calls...
customer service = there is absolutely none...

i will report them to the better business bureau and am going to contest the 125 deposit with my CC company.

use 360 auto transport....i wish i had
