Send It Car Shippers was highly recommended to my husband and I from a family member and we can definitely attest and see why! If you're looking for professional service, reasonable rates, awesome first class customer service and fantastic drivers with reliable turn around time on deliver...this is the company to go with! We needed our newly purchased Lexus shipped from NJ to GA in a short timeframe, Lily went above and beyond to deliver professional quality service, reasonable rates (a lot better than other companies we reached out to), fantastic follow-up to make it happened. Lily constantly keep us informed, connected with drivers, diligently came up with multiple solutions to meeting our timeline (even midway when we had a curve ball of a major storm in NJ which in turn we had to change our departure date), great rates and experienced drivers. Matthew was great in adjusting our contract terms to meet our needs, both are highly professional and puts the customers needs first while at the same time delivers on quality service drivers. Our driver delivered the car in perfect condition, keep us informed and arrived on the date and time he committed to. We can't say enough about Lily putting our initial concerns to ease, we plan to use Send It Car Shippers again and have already referred the company to friends.
