I selected Shank Bros based on their good reviews. Also Shank's web site explains how it all works. It shows the bill of lading that you must sign, and the contract that his assigned carriers must abide by so you know what to expect. They were very open about charges and took no pay until they arranged a good carrier. John called several times with updates about what was going on. He followed up after the car was delivered. This is the first time I've shipped a car. It turned out perfect even though both the pickup and delivery locations were probably more difficult than most.
