The late shipment was not the fault of Shank Bros. The carrier truck had engine problems as sometimes happens and I understand that. The overall experience with Shank Bros. was great compared to my last car shipment. Last time I used Montway and was unhappy with them - they took 3 weeks to get my car picked up and need $150 extra to do so in addition to the original price quoted. I think the final cost with Montway was $1350, with Shank Bros it was $1100 for the same return route and the total shipping time was better and the communication was better. In all, every part of the experience was better and I would not hesitate to use Shank Bros again. Thanks John!
