I did over 6 hours of research to find the best deal, based upon company reputation and price. I received over 25 price quotes for transportation.

Shank Brothers seemed to have a great reputation and average prices. I did not see any major complaints from other customers, and I have none as well.

If you spend just 10 minutes researching car transport reviews, you'll see a lot of horror stories where cars are never moved, even after a deposit is placed on the service. Those broker companies (salesmen) basically under- bid your car on a list that is sold to potential carrier companies (trucks). Few truck companies take the low money contract to move your car, and your car sits indefinitely. In other words, if the price is 20 percent lower than the average price, don't expect your car to move quickly.

I was in personal contact with John Shank, who informed me how the business of vehicle transporting is operated. As a broker, he gave me advice on how to quickly move my car, and informed me of details throughout the whole process. Within one day of placing my request to move a car, John found a carrier company, and I had my car delivered the very next day. I did not expect that quick of a process. He did a great job. Worth every dollar.
