I was assigned the task of getting my Dad's car from Memphis, TN to my house in upstate NY and turned to the Internet as many people likely do. I did this because although I don't know much about cars I'm pretty good when it comes to reasearch, especially if it's online. I was pleased and surprised to find a company that was not only rated highly but also located near where I live. I contacted them and was given a very reasonable price based on my research. Also, it gave me the opportunity to support a local business which for me was an added plus. The phone conversations were professional and pleasant. The online request for transport process was easy and straightforward. The schedule for transport was efficient and arranged according to our needs. My brother reported that pickup was completed competently and on time. I was amazed and pleased when I received a call the next day that the car was already here and to see if a 4:30 PM delivery would be possible and convenient which it was. The delivery driver was very pleasant, careful and helpful. I couldn't have hoped for things to go more smoothly. Shank Bros Auto Transport made something I thought would be extremely difficult easier than I could have ever imagined and I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone needing this type of service.
