Shank Bros is not just a broker they own their own trucks. Dealt directly with John Shank (owner). No payment required until delivery. Delivery was delayed due to an East Coast snow storm during transport and Lake affect snow (Buffalo NY area) on day of deliver. Can't really blame the transport company for storms. John kept me informed and answered inquiries promptly of the delivery status. All went very well. Would definitely use again.
