Excellent response, communication and knowledge from Beth at Shaughnessy Overland Express and Pro Transport, LLC. She suggested an expedited method for vehicle drop-off through Executive Valet at Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Vehicle was picked up as scheduled and delivered a day earlier than scheduled. Will use service again and recommend to others. I did mention to the driver that the driver's seat and floor mat should be covered as they get in and out as they may be unaware of dirt/grime on their clothing. No big deal, and easy clean-up. thanks JB
