A true test of a company is not when things go right, but when things go wrong. Shaughnessy stands out as one of the best in the industry. They transported my McLaren across the states and there was an unfortunate problem that occurred with my PPF film during transport. As professional and careful as they are, sometimes unforeseen things happen. It's when these issues arise that the true test of a company's commitment to customer service is shown. They handled it very professionally and Jessica was very easy to work with and they made it right with me.
