Overall my experience with Shaughnessy Overland Express was quite positive. They contacted me vie text and phone before they picked up my car, then they contacted me while in transit to give me updates, and then they did it again the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their service. The driver was very professional and polite. He had the car already off the transport truck by the time I got there. Good company!
