Shipment #?18219-97323? Shipment #?18219-61979? Good day! I would like to commend Crimson from Sherpa Auto Transport for a job well done transporting my two cars last July 2019. I was a bit hesitant at first, but there’s something in her that convinced me that she is telling the truth. She was very helpful and you can feel that she really cares. I called a lot of company and I felt that most of them are just after the money they can get. She promised me that I will have a $100 rebate for each car which I already received. The price she quoted me to transport my car from Chicago going to Washington State was $1,350 each, which is on a higher end but it’s okay. It’s all worth it. She explained to me how it works that the driver will pick the best offer and sure enough after 3 days she already confirmed everything. The Transporter that was assigned to take my car was also great. He was very courteous and was on time. He also educated me on how it works etc. etc. He was able to deliver my car with no damage or whatsoever. To top it all, after I received my cars I also received an email from them saying that I can have my car washed and they will credit me $30. If I will deduct the rebates that I got, it will end up me just paying $1,235 each car which is acceptable based on 5 other Car Transport Broker that I spoke with. I also called customer service a couple of times and they were great. They will help you even though your concern is for other department. I have some friends who are also moving out of state and recommended her
