Customers be aware, I experienced many headaches and false promises by multiple auto shipping companies to include Auto Transport Solutions, TriWestern and Khonsu LLC. They hardly ever pick up the phone or reply to messages along with no regards to have your vehicle picked up, its like you or on their time. After 3 weeks of nothing happening, my Wife found Sherpa, I was very skeptical at first and thought they will do the same thing but I was proven wrong, in fact, they kept their promise and got my vehicle delivered from Washington State to New York faster than originally expected. They also offer a $100 return and a $20 car wash credit when you mail to them your bill of Lading and car wash receipt. Was very surprised with this company and will recommend them to anyone in need of shipping their vehicle from point A to B.
