Ryan, we're disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy your experience. The Sherpa team strives to do our very best on every transport and when we fall short, we do what it takes to make it right. If you read other reviews you'll see that the vast majority of our customers have a wonderful experience. When they don't we take the appropriate steps to make it right, as we did in your case when we refunded your money. Additionally, we are sorry you had trouble connecting with us originally. After reading your review, we conducted a thorough audit of our hour listings across multiple sites and can confirm that they are up to date. Again, we're sorry you didn't enjoy working with us and appreciate your feedback.
