Regarding shipment #xxxxx, Bloomington Indiana to Orinda California for our 2013 Mercedes GLK350, the vehicle was picked up on July 14 and delivered on July 21. We met our driver, Daniel (sorry, don’t have his last name) in Vacaville, Calif. on July 21, which is a easy drive for us from our home address. The home address would have been totally impossible for a delivery like this, and we suggested a truck stop in Vacaville to make things easier. Daniel is an exquisitely careful, painstaking professional. When he is moving cars, everything gets double and triple checked and our confidence was very high and worries low. The car arrived with no new conditions issues other than the usual and expected dead bugs on it. Took it to a good car wash today and it cleaned up perfectly. It is in exactly the same condition as when Daniel loaded it in Bloomington Indiana. Communications along the way were timely and accurate. Daniel is friendly, personable, and businesslike; a real pleasure to do business with. We were highly impressed with him, and with the whole process.
