My primary contact, Yvonne Bowrosen, has been wonderful to work with. We received our new Mercedes GLS 550 with a cracked windshield, and fearing the worst (because it happens so often with other companies) I assumed I was on my own & it would come down to a case of he said / she said. I couldn't have been further from the truth. She stuck with me, fought for me, and we have a new Factory glass going in tomorrow. It's great to know people still care and she has been the best to work with. Actually called to follow up! Cant say enough good things about this company. HIGHLY recommend!!!
