The process was very easy from start to finish. Meredith was extremely helpful and everything she explained was very straightforward. My driver was also extremely nice and kept in contact with me to schedule pickup and delivery of my vehicle. The only reason I am not giving this 5 out of 5 stars is because I felt that the timing of when the driver is booked was somewhat last minute. Granted it was a holiday weekend, so there probably weren't many available. Meredith was able to make it happen and everything worked out fine.
