SCAM, SCAM, UNPROFESSIONAL Hello people, I just want to say ?PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM. ? unprofessional. Again just like the other bad reviews on this company. Indian guy named Roger Williams ???????? who shut the call on my multiple times then proceeded to spam me TEXTS AND SCREENSHOTS of good reviews he has gotten on Google, because I called him a SCAM, this man proceeded to disrespect and end the call on my face multiple times just to call me right back and say “ are you calm now”, I had asked for his manager he said “he is not available to take a call but I can connect you with my supervisor” he put me on hold for 3 min then got back on the phone with a deeper voice saying name is Matthew boss of Roger, mind you ( this man literally sounded the same. The accent, and everything but just a fake deeper voice) and started arguing with me the same way . Then he proceeded to charge me double the price that was agreed on. Then I let him know that the price was way over the original price , he proceeded to say that it’s either that or I can cancel and pay a $400 cancellation fee for 2 cars ,( when in reality he took my deposit . never found a drives in that original price we agreed on , told me he can’t do anything else either I pay the double price or pay the fee which is a loss for me either way) in order to even get my $250 deposit back . SCAM PPL they will not give you your deposit back at all. Also he proceeded to text me after the call and said ..”I am going to send your information to my legal team they gonna take a legal action against you And I also gonna send my driver to pickup your vehicle and he gonna take these vehicles in the storage and you can include the cops in between us its totally fine My legal team gonna handle this” his own words. Threatening me. I’ve honestly believed him the first time we spoke and he double made sure that the price was $1300 no more no less, even agreed on a date and time so quick. Asked me for the deposit of $250 and after paying that he laughed and ended the call and told me to have a good day , then a day before the pick up date , I was the one who called to get more info from him , that’s when he told me the final price from $1300 is going to be $2450 now and the fact that he hadn’t even agreed with a driver or yet found one that is okay with my needs , therefore I let him know since I didn’t get much help from them to give the deposit back but he proceeded to help me by yelling???? at me and threatening me.???? Never trust an Indian man , so unprofessional
