Roger Williams was very helpful by finding me the best rate (518) 306-1664. One of my biggest concerns when doing this process online was price change or untimely delivery, I saw many negative reviews about ‘doubling charges once car was dropped off” but Roger made sure that the driver was locking in my quote by making sure that possible extra charges where checked (car needs to be working in driving condition, has keys, etc). Once Roger gave me my driver contact info (after contracting), I was able to communicate with driver for ease of handoff. The deposit is reasonable and safe enough. The drop off was not to my driveway since there were trees that wouldn’t allow the driver to drive through, but the driver was good at communicating with me about his arrival (it was a day after planned but with good and timely communication from both parts) very helpful once he arrived to help me start up my car (battery got drained) without the extra charge. I started the process on Saturday over messages, my car was picked up Monday and arrived Wednesday. My car is home now. ??
