I used this company after I had tried to go through several others with no luck. I had a hard time getting reps on the phone or getting information regarding the shipment of my vehicle. I contacted Ship Easy, Inc. and Neal not only got me a driver the same day but he took the time to explain to me how the whole process works as it relates to getting a driver. I also never had a problem getting Neal on the phone and if I left a message it was returned in minutes.
*My only criticism was the actual driver, which is not Neal's fault as he is only a broker. Driver did not call me when he delivered the vehicle and I had to initiate those questions to find out if my car had been delivered. Would have liked to pay less but considering I got the fast results, it reinforces that you get what you pay for.
